Licensed Massage Therapist

My passion for massage therapy comes from witnessing its healing ability first hand. As a massage therapist, I strive to provide a custom experience catered to the individual that encourages and reinforces positive growth and healing on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels.

I graduated from The Harley School in Brighton, NY spring of 2010. Attended Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA on a soccer scholarship where I studied graphic design. I attended Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY where I switched my concentration to audio engineering and music production. After pursuing my passions only to find out that my affinity for the arts began to fade as they became career pursuits, I wanted to follow a path where I would be able go to work and love what I do. My cousin encouraged me to try massage therapy school and I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, NY in 2015 and began my massage therapist chapter of life.

I perform static and dynamic cupping; preferring the elemental usage of glass cups and fire over the silicone or plastic variations. I’m also known for my deep pressure but can accommodate any pressure accordingly. I “listen” to your body and adjust my techniques in response to the individual.

I currently live in Rochester, NY. Was born in Syracuse and raised in Fairport. I’ve lived all over from Greece to Henrietta to North Chili to the inner city of Rochester after I graduated from high school.

When I’m not working as a massage therapist, one would most likely find me being a dad. I have three kids who continue to show me that there’s always room to grow. I am a vocalist and lyricist in 2 active bands locally in Rochester (Katspô and Keep From Sight). You can find both bands on all major streaming platforms. I’ll pick up a soccer ball and go back to my Nation Champion winning days on occasion as well. As a third degree black belt in Isshinryu, I am constantly promoting situational awareness and being conscious of your surroundings.
